OUR SERVICES

Solo Training

Tailored specifically to your wants and needs, located at our purpose designed gym or at your own home. We can also provide online programmes through our app to do at your own gym/home, or a package of in person training and app based maintenance training to carry you through to our next session.

PT with a Partner

Whether you want the benefits of a PT but half the cost, want to spend time with a friend or partner whilst progressing towards your health goals, or have me come to your home once the kiddies are asleep -- PT with a Partner is the service for you!

Small Group Training

In our group training, unlike regular gyms of 20+ people in a class, we work with a maximum of 4 people per session. Create your own class with 3 of your friends or come to our bookable sessions and meet others like you.

BOXERCISE CLASSES

Tuesday and Thursday
