Personal Training in a Private Gym


Sometimes being in a large gym can be overwhelming, embarrassing for the participant feeling they are being watched and judged and also quick changes to your programme have to be made as gym equipment is in use.


With my training sessions we will have sole access to my facilities which includes a Water Rower, Ski Erg, Jump Box, Squat Rack with olympic weigh plates, Cable machine and plenty of other pieces.

Online Programmes


We use an easy interactive app that we can programme workouts based on your needs, schedule and available equipment for a weekly cost. No set up fees or cancellation fees just a simple package that includes your consultation, workouts and weekly check ins to support your nutrition and ensure your needs are met each week with the workouts.

QUALIFIED TRAINER


I started as an exercise to music instructor providing classes in gym settings such as David Lloyd, Athelis, Gym etc and Total Fitness.


I created a home gym and started running my own classes in Boxercise and there was a small group of clients wanting private boxing sessions. I LOVED teaching the individual and seeing them progress and physically and mentally change was a joy. 


I then decided to become a personal trainer and qualified in 2020. My passion is helping and supporting those who want to be accountable to someone, I am non-judgmental, understanding of daily struggles and have been there myself many times over the years.

Small Group Training




You can have personal training sessions in small groups to bring down the cost, mix Personal training with Group Fitness classes and also gain Nutritional support through your programme. 


I currently provide two Boxercise circuits classes for 4 participants on a Thursday. These work on cardiovascular fitness, strength and conditioning and boxing technique. These are booked in 6 week blocks


I have qualifications in many different styles of exercise. Why not create your own session and bring a friend or 3?

Currently, I am training as a Biomechanics Coach so can prescribe corrective exercises to help pains, instability and imbalance in the muscles.
